Job Description

1. Responsible for data analysis and support, competitive product analysis, industry research and other related work of Calicotraver-TOM global game projects; 2. Cooperate with upstream and downstream teams such as product/operation/marketing/technology to analyze factors affecting product improvement and growth, and provide practical product optimization suggestions based on business direction; 3. Establish a comprehensive, accurate and objective data indicator system and monitoring framework based on business goals and business models. 4. Responsible for the evaluation of business product and strategy iteration optimization effect, market activity analysis and evaluation, various A/B experimental design analysis, core indicator changes and other analysis work; 5. Respond to the data needs of various business parties in a timely manner for analysis and support, and provide a basis for business decisions.

Job Requirements

1. More than 3 years of relevant experience in Internet data analysis, bachelor degree or above, with a background in mathematics or statistics preferred. 2. Proficient in using data analysis tools such as SQL and Python, and experience in using third-party data tools such as Tableau. 3. Master the main ideas and methods of data analysis, have strong logical analysis ability and good communication skills; 4. Can use Chinese as a working language, have business awareness, and can quickly understand new business types; 5. Job Description

1. Responsible for user growth of the global social project of Hello Group Inc, formulating overall growth strategies based on data analysis, user research, product and operation strategies, including but not limited to the design of placement models, selection of placement channels, control of placement budget and effect; 2. Familiar with mainstream placement platforms and products such as Facebook, Google Ad Words, TikTok, etc., maintain a high degree of attention to industry dynamics and market trends, analyze and summarize various placement-related data, and propose reasonable suggestions based on platform product characteristics and user preferences; 3. Familiar with store optimization techniques, able to synchronize ASO optimization with ASA placement, and continuously iterate to achieve higher user growth; 4. Be responsible for the placement effect. Monitor the actual effect of the advertisement through the analysis of market placement data, summarize and review it regularly to provide effective market data support; 5. Collect and analyze competitors’ and industry’s placement strategies to optimize the placemnet strategy.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor degree or above, with more than 3 years of relevant work experience. Familiar with mainstream global advertising platforms, understanding of search engine optimization principles and strategies. Have experience in strategy and supplier management and direct advertising account operation, and candidates with experience in advertising placement for million-dollar social products will be preferred; 2. Have good communication skills, with Chinese as a working language and good English reading and writing skills; 3. Strong data analysis ability, mathematics and related professional background is a plus, and have a certain depth of understanding and research on Internet products. Candidates with experience in SQL or Python data analysis are preferred; 4.
